The trainees participated in activities and exercises on managing human brains and minds, which introduced them to the signs of leadership traits and the impact of their negative repercussions on the ground.

Mr. Rashid Al-Kubaisi said regarding this training course: “The program aims primarily to direct current or upcoming leaders in leadership positions to pay attention to the importance of the psychological aspect and not to ignore it when dealing with employees in the same work environment. The greatest skill or characteristic of a leader is It is his complete keenness to create the appropriate climate for male and female employees, starting with preparing the appropriate workplace through the procedures and quality of work and measuring the material and moral return on the entire staff in addition to the customers or beneficiaries of the service provided.”

The Training and Development Department of the Ministry’s Human Resources Department aims, through organizing training courses, to provide male and female employees with the knowledge and experience necessary to develop their abilities and skills and to train and develop them continuously to improve their job performance and learn new knowledge, which contributes to progress in their professional lives so that they can manage institutions.
