Owners of productive projects participate in Hala December exhibition
The Ministry of Social Development and Family, represented by the Family Empowerment Department, participated in the Hala Dec Exhibition held from November 27 to December 2 in the Ladies Club Hall of the Torch Hotel to allow productive entrepreneurs to market their products and empower them economically.
Approximately 16 productive entrepreneurs participated in the exhibition with various products such as perfumes, incense, gifts, and some cafes offering cold and hot drinks and cuisines.
The participation of national product owners in this exhibition is a crucial opportunity to promote and market their products, develop their abilities and talents, increase their competitiveness, enrich the labor market, and diversify marketing areas.
Mrs. Fatima Al Nuaimi, Director of the Family Empowerment Department, said that this initiative, From the Homeland, establishes a culture of sustainability and encourages individuals and families to shift from consumption to production. It seeks to develop the local project system within the country to enhance the efficiency of project owners, raise their productivity, provide integrated services, and begin producing ideas to facilitate access to markets.
Mrs. Iman Al-Nisf, owner of the Dareen Sweets Project, commented on her participation in the exhibition that she is keen to be present at such events to market and promote her products more widely. She also offers a variety of sweets products such as cakes and biscuits. They are also available in a store in Barwa Village in Al Wakra.
Mrs. Amal Al Yafei, owner of the Oryx Doha Fashion Project, stated that her participation is an opportunity to market and sell her products and to promote and develop the project. She added that over the past years, she has been capable of her position in the local market, and it also offers a wide range of modern and traditional ladies dresses.
Based on the Ministry interest and tireless endeavor to encourage national entrepreneurs, it is keen to provide continuous support to them by inviting them to participate in various exhibitions and events throughout the year to develop their capabilities, develop their talents, promote their products, and empower them economically.
