The Forum also featured an operetta which was presented by a group of children. Various areas were also allocated to develop the child’s skills, such as drawing, coloring, photography, music, poetry, and others.
The forum included six sections such as theatre, a children’s play area, skills area, exhibition showcasing various Omani products such as perfumes, incense, Omani frankincense, Omani sweets, traditional costumes, and other products, an international consumer exhibition, and a heritage village.
The forum aimed to enhance awareness of the concept of childhood, provide an educational and entertaining environment for children, encourage family interaction, spread national cultural values, and raise awareness of children’s rights.
It also benefited children by enhancing their creativity and skills, enabling them to learn through entertainment, social, and communication skills, introducing Omani and international heritage, developing creative thinking and problem-solving, and enhancing national belonging.
