MSDF Conducts Media Skills Training Program in Collaboration with Al Jazeera Media Institute
The Ministry of Social Development and Family (MSDF), represented by its Human Resources Department – Training and Administrative Development Section, recently organized a specialized training course titled "Media Engagement Skills." This program, conducted in collaboration with the Al Jazeera Media Institute, is part of the Ministry's ongoing efforts to enhance its staff's media capabilities.
The course aimed to boost participants' proficiency in dealing with media outlets. Training covered preparing for press conferences, conducting professional media interviews, and effectively formulating media messages. These skills are crucial for meeting institutional work requirements and modern communication demands.
Several MSDF leaders participated in the training session, actively engaging with the program's diverse modules. Their keen involvement highlights the leadership's commitment to strengthening media skills within the organization.
A select group of media experts and specialists from the Al Jazeera Media Institute delivered the course. It featured practical and interactive exercises that enabled participants to simulate real-life scenarios and acquire effective tools for media communication.
At the program's conclusion, participants received accredited certificates from the Al Jazeera Media Institute for their participation in the training requirements.
This course is part of a series of training initiatives implemented by the MSDF. These programs aim to build the capacities of their employees and enhance their readiness for professional engagement with the media, thereby strengthening the Ministry's presence in the media landscape and supporting the achievement of its strategic objectives.
