HR Department Organizes Training on VIP Protocol and Escort Skills
As part of its ongoing commitment to professional development and workforce excellence, the Human Resources Department recently organized a specialized training course titled "Professional Etiquette and VIP Escort Skills."
The program was designed to sharpen professional communication skills and provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of formal etiquette and diplomatic protocol. Key focus areas included reception procedures, escorting dignitaries, and mastering the best practices for scheduling and situational management aimed at projecting a distinguished and positive image of the Ministry.
The course was conducted by Dr. Omar Ghanem, a renowned expert in diplomatic protocol and communication. Through a blend of theoretical frameworks and practical applications, Dr. Ghanem highlighted the critical importance of precision and professionalism when engaging with high-profile figures.
The sessions saw high levels of engagement from the attendees, culminating in a closing ceremony where 25 employees received certificates of completion.
Following the event, the Human Resources Department reaffirmed its dedication to hosting high-caliber training programs. These initiatives are central to the Department’s strategy to enhance institutional performance and build a highly qualified workforce capable of representing the Ministry at the highest standards.
