Citizens Housing Services (Housing)

This service allows owners of productive projects to register project data and apply for awards such as the best supporter of productive projects, the best national productive project award, and the best producer award for national productive projects, which is organized by the Ministry of Social Development and Family.

This service allow Qatari founders who wish to establish a professional association, to submit a request to obtain a professional association establishment licenses, following the provisions of Law No. (12) Of 2004 of Private Associations and Institutions and the amendments thereto, and decision of the Minister of Civil Service Affairs and Housing No. (2) Of 2005 to issue the forms of the contract or the document of establishment of associations and professional associations and private institutions.

Founders who wish to establish a private institution, may submit a registration request to obtain licensing for establishing a private institution, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 12 of 2004 of Associations & Private Institutions and its amendments, and the decision of the Minister of Civil Service and Housing Affairs No. (2) Of 2005 on issuing forms for Articles of Associations (AOA) and Memorandums of Association (MOA) for associations, professional associations & private institutions.

Individuals who wish to establish a private institution, may submit a registration request to obtain licensing for establishing a private institution, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 12 of 2004 of Associations & Private Institutions and its amendments, and the decision of the Minister of Civil Service and Housing Affairs No. (2) Of 2005 on issuing forms for Articles of Associations (AOA) and Memorandums of Association (MOA) for associations, professional associations & private institutions.

This service allows the following categories to apply for a social security pension: widow, divorcee, needy family, disabled person, orphan, person unable to work, elderly person, prisoner's family, abandoned wife, family of deceased, as well as assistance in lieu of servant. Cabinet Resolution No. (46) of 2014 determined the value of the pension due to the categories stipulated in Law No. (38) of 1995 regarding social security and the rules for granting it.
