This service enables any incapacitated citizen who is over 18 years old, and was proven by a competent medical authority for the inability to work because of illness or disability, has no breadwinner or sufficient source of income to live, and his family is included in the disbursement rate, to apply for a social security pension. The Cabinet Decision No. (46) of 2014 regarding determining the value of the pension due to the categories stipulated in Law No. (38) of 1995 concerning Social Security and its regulated rules.

This service allows the family of the missing breadwinner who was proven by a court ruling to be missing, since his life or death status is unknown, and which doesn’t have a capable breadwinner, a source of income sufficient enough to live, or the income of the missing breadwinner that the family can benefit from, to apply for a social security pension. A needy family is defined as: "A Group consisting of a husband and wife(s) and their children or some members of this group all living in one dwelling under the same roof and share the same life jointly and do not have sufficient income to live on."

This service enables any elderly, who is over 60 years of age, and has no breadwinner, or enough income to live, and whose family is included in the disbursement rate, to apply for a social security pension. The value of the pension is determined, in accordance with Cabinet Decision No. (46) of 2014 for the categories stipulated in Law No. (38) of 1995 concerning Social Security and its regulated rules.

This service enables the unmarried citizen who is incapacitated for work, is over 18 years old, and was proven by a competent medical authority for the inability to work because of illness or disability, has no breadwinner or sufficient source of income to live, to apply for a social security pension. This service allows any widow or a woman whose husband passed away, and who did not remarry, has no breadwinner, or sufficient source of income to live, to apply for a social security pension. This service allows any woman who is proven by a court ruling that her husband abandoned her, who doesn’t have a capable breadwinner or a source of income sufficient enough to live, and who doesn’t have an income from her abandoning husband from that she could use for her expenses, to apply for a social security pension. This service enables an orphan whose father is deceased, who didn’t exceed 18 years of age (unless he is still enrolled in education), and has no breadwinner or source of income sufficient to live, to apply for a social security pension. This service allows a person with disability under 18 years of age, who is proven by a competent medical authority of his disability, and doesn’t have a capable breadwinner, or no enough income to live, to apply for a social security pension. This service allows families which a judicial ruling was issued for imprisoning the breadwinner for at least six months, with no capable breadwinner, or enough income for living, to apply for a social security pension.
