وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية والأسرة تنظم ورشة حول إدارة العمل التطوعي في المؤسسات
نظمت وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية والأسرة، ممثلة بإدارة تنمية المجتمع، ورشة عمل بعنوان "إدارة العمل التطوعي في المؤسسات"، بمشاركة أكثر من 25 جهة، وذلك ضمن سلسلة من ورش العمل الهادفة إلى بناء قدرات المؤسسات والمتطوعين والفرق التطوعية، في إطار جهود الوزارة لتعزيز كفاءة العمل التطوعي وتطوير آليات إدارته داخل المؤسسات.
وتُعد الورشة الأولى ضمن البرنامج التدريبي المخصص لإدارة العمل التطوعي المؤسسي، حيث هدفت إلى تنمية معارف المشاركين بالمفاهيم الأساسية للعمل التطوعي، وتعزيز فهمهم لأهمية مواءمة البرامج والمبادرات التطوعية مع أهداف المؤسسات وخططها الاستراتيجية.
وتناولت الورشة عددًا من المحاور الرئيسة، شملت الحوكمة والجوانب التنظيمية للعمل التطوعي، وإدارة البرامج التطوعية، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي للفرص والمبادرات التطوعية، إلى جانب آليات استقطاب المتطوعين وإدارة تجربتهم بما يسهم في تحقيق أثر إيجابي ومستدام. كما استعرضت الورشة خدمات المنصة الوطنية للعمل التطوعي ودورها في تنظيم وتوثيق الأعمال والفرص التطوعية، بما يعزز كفاءة إدارة العمل التطوعي على مستوى المؤسسات.
وشهدت الورشة تفاعلًا من الجهات المشاركة، من خلال طرح الاستفسارات ومناقشة أبرز التحديات، إلى جانب تبادل الخبرات واستعراض أفضل الممارسات في مجال إدارة العمل التطوعي، بما يسهم في الارتقاء بجودة المبادرات التطوعية وتعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية داخل المؤسسات.
