These awareness lectures were held to raise individuals’ awareness of the of violence dangers.
The lectures were presented by Sheikh Abdullah Al-Buainain, who touched on the topic of non-violence from a religious aspect, and how the biography of our Prophet Muhammad, PBUH, was full of examples that can be taken as an example. The talk was also shared by Dr. Abdullah Muhammad, who is interested in training students on ways to express themselves in more civilized ways since self-defense has several doors.
Ms. Mays Al-Amir also participated in giving a lecture and discussed the term emotion management, which is defined as the right to feel emotions, including anger, and the importance of controlling reactions and acting in a peaceful manner away from the use of violence. She relied on motor activities and games to consolidate the concept of managing emotions.
The Protection and Social Rehabilitation Center (Aman) also played an important role in providing educational resources that contribute to enhancing the quality of the learning process and students’ understanding of the presented topics.
