This platform translates these principles into practical solutions that promote independence and facilitate the exercise of rights.” Her Excellency also added “‘Yusr’ is a national model grounded in human rights. It places inclusion, fairness, and equal opportunity at the core of its design and serves as a key enabler of the Ministry’s ‘From Care to Empowerment’ strategy. Through this platform, we continue to advance a modern and integrated social services system.”
Mrs. Maha Al-Mansouri, CEO of Mada Center, affirmed:
“‘Yusr’ is a strategic milestone in building an inclusive digital ecosystem that supports universal accessibility and reinforces independence for persons with disabilities.”
The platform aligns with Qatar National Vision 2030 by contributing to the development of an inclusive and sustainable society. It offers a unified digital gateway that simplifies access to specialized services and supports the active participation of persons with disabilities in various aspects of life.
The launch of “Yusr” marks an advanced step in Qatar’s social digital transformation. The platform provides accessible information and services offered by relevant authorities and reflects the national commitment to enhancing quality of life and ensuring comprehensive access to vital services.
As an integrated digital system, “Yusr” supports the implementation of the Persons with Disabilities Law and contributes to the Ministry’s efforts to empower persons with disabilities, remove barriers, and expand access to opportunities.
