The five-session programme covered a set of basic topics including social, psychological, legal, economic and health aspects.
During the workshop, the trainer, Ahmed Abdullah Al Mulla, focused on common issues in the first year of marriage, and they were discussed with the trainees to find appropriate solutions to reduce the problem of divorce.
The programme is based on several axes. The media axis aims to create awareness of the importance of the first years of marriage for the stability and leading marital life successfully through using social media to reach the target segment.
The second axis is workshop which provides intensive training to the targeted young people of both genders on skills required to lead a happy family life.
