The Ministry of Defense signs MOU with the Ministry of Social Development and Family
The Ministry of Defense signed a MOU, memorandum of understanding, with the Ministry of Social Development and Family, with the aim of developing cooperation between them and benefiting from the common capabilities of the two parties.
The MOU was signed on behalf of the Ministry of Defense by Brigadier General Ahmed bin Saud Al-Kuwari, Vice President of the National Service Academy, while it was signed on behalf of the Ministry of Social Development and Family by Mr. Ghanim bin Mubarak Al-Kuwari, Assistant Undersecretary for Social Development Affairs.
This agreement aims to activate cooperation between the two ministries in the following areas: work on conducting studies related to the social sector, cooperation between the Ministry of Social Development and Family and the National Service Academy through the provision of welfare and social development services.
It also seeks to provide social lectures to members of the National Service Academy, to provide social and cultural services to the most sponsored categories of citizens nominated by the Ministry of Social Development in the facilities of the National Service Academy, in addition to cooperation between them in the fields of moral education and community care.
The MOU covers cooperation in the field of studies and social care, awareness-raising activities, and joint cooperation between the two parties in the field of the social sector.
