The Minister of Social Development meets fans of the "Qatar 2022: Joy for All" initiative

Her Excellency Mrs. Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al-Misnad, Minister of Social Development and Family, met with a group of outstanding student fans. It was part of the “Qatar 2022: Joy for All” initiative launched by the State of Qatar in areas of displacement, within the framework of which the group was invited to attend a side of the World Cup competition, FIFA World Qatar 2022. During the meeting, she received a souvenir from a member of the students, a distinguished Rohingya, expressing thanks and appreciation for the care and attention given by Qatar to the areas of displacement during its hosting of the World Cup.

It should be noted that Qatar launched the "Qatar 2022: Joy for All" initiative in areas of displacement, as it established centers for displaced and refugee fans in several countries, especially in Palestine, Jordan, Sudan, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen, Turkey, Bangladesh, and other countries, to watch the FIFA World Cup matches. Within the framework of the initiative, many refugees between the ages of 16 and 21 were invited to Doha to attend part of the tournament competitions.
