Empowering Local Businesses: MSDF and MCIT Launch Digitalization Workshop
The Ministry of Social Development and Family (MSDF), represented by the Family Empowerment Department, in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), is organizing a general awareness workshop on the importance of digitalization, specifically targeting owners of Home-Grown Projects. The workshop aims to empower participants to understand the increasing importance of digital transformation and how digital technologies can bring about a qualitative leap in the quality of life, enhance work efficiency, and facilitate access to various services, in addition to reviewing their profound impact on our daily lives and the business world.
This initiative stems from the MSDF's commitment to supporting and empowering owners of Home-Grown Projects, and providing them with the necessary knowledge and tools to ensure the growth and development of their projects in line with rapid technological advancements and the objectives of Qatar National Vision 2030. The workshop will provide participants with a unique opportunity to learn about the latest digital concepts and technologies and acquire essential skills in this vital field.
The digitalization awareness workshop covers several key themes aimed at providing owners of Home-Grown Projects with a comprehensive understanding of the dimensions of digital transformation, including: an introduction to the world of digitalization, the impact of digital technologies on quality of life and work efficiency, essential skills in project digitalization, and digital technologies for facilitating access to services.
This important workshop is scheduled to be held in the state-of-the-art conference hall equipped with the latest technologies on the fourth floor of the modern Digital Innovation Center (Building No. 37), Elevate, located in Building U-01.
