The value of the pension is determined, in accordance with Cabinet Decision No. (46) of 2014 for the categories stipulated in Law No. (38) of 1995 concerning Social Security and its regulated rules.

This service enables the unmarried citizen who is incapacitated for work, is over 18 years old, and was proven by a competent medical authority for the inability to work because of illness or disability, has no breadwinner or sufficient source of income to live, to apply for a social security pension. This service allow Qatari founders who wish to establish a professional association, to submit a request to obtain a professional association establishment licenses, following the provisions of Law No. (12) Of 2004 of Private Associations and Institutions and the amendments thereto, and decision of the Minister of Civil Service Affairs and Housing No. (2) Of 2005 to issue the forms of the contract or the document of establishment of associations and professional associations and private institutions.

Founders who wish to establish a private institution, may submit a registration request to obtain licensing for establishing a private institution, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 12 of 2004 of Associations & Private Institutions and its amendments, and the decision of the Minister of Civil Service and Housing Affairs No. (2) Of 2005 on issuing forms for Articles of Associations (AOA) and Memorandums of Association (MOA) for associations, professional associations & private institutions.

This service allows any woman who is proven by a court ruling that her husband abandoned her, who doesn’t have a capable breadwinner or a source of income sufficient enough to live, and who doesn’t have an income from her abandoning husband from that she could use for her expenses, to apply for a social security pension. This service enables an orphan whose father is deceased, who didn’t exceed 18 years of age (unless he is still enrolled in education), and has no breadwinner or source of income sufficient to live, to apply for a social security pension.
