Dr. Musab Al-Gawash discusses the most important methods and strategies to prepare families and students to return to school, deal with the challenges of moving from vacation routine to school life, and how organize time and sleep. During the lecture, he will elaborate on the guidance for dealing with psychological and social challenges that may occur to students during this period.
Dr. Al-Gawash will also discuss the positive impact of preparing the student and educating parents about the importance of reducing anxiety and tension associated with students during this stage, providing a healthy lifestyle such as balanced nutrition and adequate sleep, as well as enhancing communication skills and social interaction between children and their families.
This workshop reflects the attention that the Ministry attaches to the family through its empowerment in society to enhance family stability and strengthen family ties and the positive interaction between family members.
