The Ministry of Social Development and Family organized several awareness lectures for owners of productive projects, within the framework of working to achieve the Ministry's vision towards directing the efforts of institutions concerned with women and the family economically. These efforts also came to encourage them to be self-reliant, to develop and implement projects to support and develop the owners of productive projects through training, the provision of assistance services, and the provision of areas to market their products through the Ministry, and to educate project owners about governmental and semi-governmental agencies. These services can be invested in developing their local projects and advancing economic development within the country, from which approximately 150 to 170 project owners affiliated with the Ministry's database have benefited through Microsoft Teams.

Other workshops were held with some ministries. A workshop with the Ministry of Public Health was to explain to the owners of the culinary profession the importance of conducting a medical examination for the chef and those cooperating with him in cooking for the safety of the consumer. While other workshops were held on how to preserve and purchase food from the association until it reaches the consumer, in addition to a workshop with the General Authority of Customs, in which the customs laws of the owners of productive projects were identified and ways to import their needs under the license granted to them and avoid customs violations while presenting the services provided by the General Authority for customs to the public.

With the "Bedaya" Center, there was cooperation to explain the services available in the center and how to benefit from the services provided to market modern projects and meet the challenges of competition in the commercial market, by knowing the skills and methods of project marketing. Cooperation took place with the "Nama" Center through an introductory workshop for the services provided by them, whether workshops or programs offered in the field of various crafts or marketing for projects and other workshops offered on an ongoing basis that will bring awareness and benefit to the owners of national projects. Moreover, Qatar Chamber was used to identify the capabilities of the Chamber regarding the participation of owners of productive projects in activities, exhibitions, and forums in which the Chamber represents Qatar.

The General Tax Authority has touched on the importance of the tax return for project owners, even if the license is home. This was to know the projects and the extent of the benefit and progress of their owners, especially since the owners of home licenses are exempted so far from paying tax. The tax laws for all types of commercial work, especially the home license, were also discussed. The services of the Ministry, Department of Family Affairs, were reviewed, while the mechanism for joining the Ministry's database and the importance of updating the data were discussed to allow them to participate and benefit from the services provided to productive entrepreneurs. According to the Ministry of Commerce and Economy, it was in the form of highlighting the official registration methods for issuing appropriate licenses for each activity, as well as to familiarize entrepreneurs with intellectual property, brand protection, and the importance of entrepreneurs.

The Ministry is also keen to ensure the continuity and success of the projects established by developing the proposed ideas and supporting the owners of productive projects, especially for the development of small and medium enterprises. This is due to its belief in the importance of developing this promising sector to keep pace with the effective economic policies of the state within the framework of its vision for the year 2030, as small and medium enterprises play a pivotal role in achieving the strategic development goals of the state.

Mrs. Umm Faleh Al-Hajri, one of the owners of national productive projects, commented on the importance of the courses offered by the Ministry, which help project owners develop their performance and gain new experiences, in addition to their role in refining their talents and improving their abilities. she also stressed the need for these courses to be in the field of specialization, such as owners of cooking projects and owners of design projects, sewing, and handicrafts, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and then determining the type of courses they need.

In her turn, Mrs. Dhabia Al-Muqbali, Head of the Productive Families Section at the Family Affairs Department, indicated that the Ministry has worked to provide a suitable environment for the growth of these projects, to enact laws and administrative procedures necessary to encourage them, to facilitate the necessary procedures for launching them, and to raise competition among project owners for more quality and efficiency. She highlighted that the Ministry has been able to do so through training courses.

Furthermore, Mrs. Al-Muqbali explained that the ministry has focused its efforts on developing local industries and accelerating procedures for owners of national production projects to complete their projects as soon as possible, to achieve higher levels of self-sufficiency, and this has contributed to increasing the demand for entrepreneurs for small and medium enterprises. she affirmed her confidence in the owners of productive projects, which will enrich local production, as it contributes to increasing production and creating job opportunities and plays a vital and prominent role in advancing economic and social development.
